Los directivos y dueños de las empresas de hoy en día se están concentrando más que nunca en los márgenes de utilidad. En la industria del transporte de carga, donde el margen de utilidad es reducido, los directivos deben de invertir tiempo y dinero en poder medir de cerca el desempeño y resultados de una manera diaria y detallada.
En la cobranza el tiempo es dinero, lo que se cobre o recupere esta semana será en gran medida un reflejo de las acciones del equipo de cobranza de hace una o dos semanas. - Apoya al proceso de establecimiento de políticas.
